A perpetual "Clear Space" Easement over, upon and across that portion of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Tiownship 13 .�
South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to United States Government Survey to main-
tain proper vehicular sight distance, said portion being described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Section 14, said corner bears
North 00007'10" East from the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Z
said Section 14 as shown on Record of Survey Map No. 6870 filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence South 76°22'09" West
2818.22 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 82°54'01" West
253. 54�feet to a point in the arc of a non-tangent 270.00 foot radius curve
concave Southerly; a radial line of said curve bears North 18 007'38" West C
to said point; thence Easterly along the arc of said curve, through a central
angle of 38 051'27" a distance of 183.11 feet; thence South 69°16'11" East
77.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. :

e) Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee all trees, growths (growin g
or that may hereafter grow) and road building materials within said Q'
right of way, together with the right to use the same in such manner
and at such locations as said Grantee might deem proper, needful or
necessary, in the construction, reconstruction, improvement or main-
tenance of the adjoining highway. H
f) Grantor for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any v
claim for any and all damages to Grantor's remaining property con-
tiguous to the right of way hereby conveyed by reason of the location,
construction, landscaping or maintenance of said adjoining highway.
