ON MOTION of Supervisor Eckert, seconded by Supervisor Bates,
the following resolution is adopted: R t "�
WHEREAS, on March 14, 1979, the Board adopted a resolution {
declaring its intention to vacate and abandon a portion of alley
east of Glasgow Avenue and south of Liverpool Drive, Cardiff 'area,
Vac. 78-53; and
WHEREAS, the matter came on for hearing before the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Diego, State of California, this
llth day of April, 1979, at 9:00 a.m. ; and evidence being on file
that due and proper notice of hearing has been given as required by
law; and 0
WHEREAS, it appears further that no written protests or objec- '07
tions to said proposed vacation have been filed, and no oral pro-
tests or objections have been made; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, in its report filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors on March l,' 1979
(Board of Supervisors Document No. 579414) recommended, with the
concurrence of the Department of Planning and Land Use, that said Cn
portion of said alley be vacated as requested by Kenneth Gramstad, i�'
et al; NOW THEREFORE
The Board of Supervisors hereby finds that due and proper
notice of the hearing on the proposal to vacate said portion of
alley has been given as required by law, and that said portion of
alley hereinafter described is unnecessary for present or prospec-
tive public use. G
IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the hearing be and it is hereby 0
closed; that a finding that the requested vacation is not subject to
the environmental review process be and it is hereby made; and that 0 "

and abandoned:

The portion ot an a ley in Block 42 of Cardiff "A" Subdivision, q Z
according to Map thereof No. 1334 filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California .
on May 12, 1911, lying Southeasterly of the Southwesterly
extension of the northwesterly line of Lot 11 of said Block
42,

San Diego, State of California, this llth day of April, 1979, by the
