the following resolution is adopted-
Wk]EREAS, there is presented to the Board a letter from the Acting County
Engineer transmitLing and recommendilig, in connection with the proposiad
improvement by the St.,tte of California Department of Parks and Recreation of
Moonlight Beach State Park, approval and execution of a proposed Agreement and
Gra,fit of Easement with tbe State of California Department of Parks and
Recrcation, approved as to form by the County Counsel, wherein the State
grants to the COURtY Of San Diego an e2sement for public highway and incidental
Purposes over and across certain real propeity in the County of San Diego,
State Of California, subject to certain terms and conditions- as more
Particularly described in said proposed Agreement and Grant 02f Easement;

IT IS RESOLVED AND
.ORDERED that said proposQd AgreeTzent and Grant of
Easement be and it is hereby approved; and that! the Chairman of this. Board be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute it for and on behalf of
the County of San Diego.
