Said easement of right of way is particularly described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 24 of RANCHO LAS ENCINITAS, in the County of San Diego,
State of California according to the Map thereof No. 848, filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of said San Diego County June 27, 1898, lying within a
strip of land 20.00 feet of even width, the center line of said 20.00 foot wide
strip of land being described as follows: _”'
Commencing at the 'Easterly terminus of the center line of that certain 30.00 foot =
wide strip of land described as Parcel 2 in Deed to the OLIVENHAIN MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County
August 10, 1972, as Document No. 210707 of Official Records, being a point on the
Easterly boundary of land described in Parcel 3 in Deed to RANCHO BERNARDO, INC.,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County July 22, 1969,
as Document No. 130540 of Official Records; thence along said Easterly boundary,
South 15°34149" West 88.00 feet; thence North 74°25'11" West 13.00 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 30 036127" West to an intersection with that
certain 290.00 foot radius curve in the center line of said 30.00 foot wide strip ;`►

venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being here-

the previous written consent of Grantee.
