NOTICE OF LOT MERGER
11~ (Section 24.76 030 of the Encinitas Municipal Code)
IN COMPLIANCE:
The City initiated a lot merger on behalf of the property owner for two existing legal lots within the
R-15 Zone located at 2065 Manchester Avenue in Cardiff by the Sea, in accordance with Chapter
24.76 (Lot Merger) of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code and Government Code Sections
66451.10, 66451.11 and 66451.12. The City Council directed staff to proceed with a Certificate of
Compliance for purposes of merging two existing legal lots into one legal lot, and results in a lot of
5,000 square feet with a width of 50 feet and depth of 100 feet. The parcel described herein may
be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any
local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcel may require issuance of
a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
Owner Blair Marlin, Trustee of the Blair Marlin Revocable Living Trust dated November
30, 2011.
