CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Chairman Oakley called the meeting to order at 12:18 p.m.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:
Lou Favero, Robert Frickman, Dave Oakley, Don Pierce, Gwenn Truax.
ALSO PRESENT:
GHAD Attorney Harold Coleman, Risk Manager Jace Schwarm, Recording Secretary Jo Ann
Pine.
GUESTS:
Sharon Nash, Tom Corbett and Steve Nash of Robert Driver Insurance Co.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
AGENDA: Insurance Study Session
Mrs. Nash first restated the terms of the American International Specialty Insurance proposal
for Errors & Omission Coverage for GHAD Board Members. This package had been reviewed
earlier and one of the Board Members questions concerned defense. Mrs. Nash confirmed
defense is included in the proposal.
The main focus of the discussion was the two (2) proposals for General Liability coverage. The
Interstate Fire & Casualty Insurance quote was obviously the more appealing with $1,000,000
coverage - and no deductible. The cost for this coverage is $8,798,38.

Mrs. Nash and Mr. Corbett explained in detail how the proposal covered GHAD puerations and
the Board of Directors.
Board Members and Insurance representatives reviewed a sample policy form from Interstate
Fire and Casualty discussing points of concern and clarification of terminology.
Board Members asked Mrs. Nash to look at higher limits and related costs.
The consensus of the Board was to have Mrs. Nash obtain cost quotations for five million
dollars coverage for Liability and additionally obtain cost quotations increasing the Errors &
Omissions coverage to two million dollars. Mrs., Nash stated the request for an additional
extension on the proposals might be costly. She will advise Chairman Oakley and Risk Manager
Schwarm when she has further information before August 18, 1995.
Attorney Coleman stated there would be no fee charged for this meeting of two hours.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Oakley closed the discussion and adjourned the meeting at 1:55 p.m.
