To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men, and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about January 26, 2012, the project
known as "Balour Drive Sidewalk Improvements (CMS10H)" consisting of the furnishing
and installing of those public improvements including sidewalk, curb and gutter,
pedestrian ramps, storm drain, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work, in the City of
Encinitas, in which Tri-Group Development and Construction, Inc. was the contractor, and
North American Specialty Insurance Company was the surety, was completed.
