COMMISSIONER EYL MOTIONED AND COMMISSIONER FERREIRAE SECONDED
TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 7, 2011 MEETING. MOTION
CARRIED 7-0 (VICE- CHAIR L. BARTH, COMMISSIONERS A. BARTH, CONGER
AND LAWSON ABSTAINED).

Commissioner Eyl reported meeting with the Community Resource Center and
