YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about June 22, 2011, the project known as
The Glen Park Play Equipment Replacement Project # PR-11-03 which included the demolition and
removal of an existing play structure, swings, surfacing, concrete base for surfacing, relocation of
sand, the installation of new playground equipment including installation of new surfacing and
concrete sub base for surfacing was completed by the contractor Robertson Industries, Inc.
