THIS IND,'NTURE WITNESSETH, that the undersigned, of the
County of San Diego, State of California, for and in consideration
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
convey unto SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of said County, its
successors and assigns forever, a right of way of the width of
Twenty five (25) feet over and upon the lands hereinafter des-
cribed, for the construction, use and maintenance thereon of a
pipe line and conduit and the suppor.ts and appurtenances thereof,
convenient and necessary for 'the purposes and uses of said
Irrigation District, together with the right of ingress and egress
over the adjacent lands of the grantors herein to the various
points on said right of way necessary for the work of construction,
maintenance and repair of said pipe line conduit, suppcm is and
appurtenances, the said right of ingress and egress to be
exercised with the least possible detriment and inconvenience to
the lands so used.
Said pipe line and conduit shall, wherever practicable,
be placed under ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth
which will not interfere with the cultivation of the land thr oagh
which it extends, provided that where it is necessary to the
proper gradient and construction of said pipe line and conduit,
it may be carried over arroyas and depressions in said right of
way above ground and upon trestles or other supports.
The premises over which this grant extends are more
particularly described as follows:-
PARCEL 1- N.W.' of S.E. of Section Twenty Six (26), Township Thirteen
(13) South., Range Four (4) West, S.B.B.M. North of County road except
Western portion in name of Van Amersfoort.
PARCEL 2- S.W.4 of said Section Twenty Six (26) North of County road
except Eastern portion in name of Van Amersfoort..

in width, the center line of which begins at a point on said above
described premises;

Beginning at a point on the East and West center line of
Section Twenty six (26), Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Four
(4) West, S.B.B.M. whence the N.E.Corner of the N.W.4 of the

November 10, 1924
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of
November 7th with check inclosed in the sum of x$210.00 in
payment for easement of right of way on the Mackinnon ranch
at Cardiff.
I am herewith inclosing said easement-in conformity
with your request. This property was all distributed by
decree of court to the various partiesifrom the estate of
Sara J. Mackinnon, and the title now vests in Walter H.
Mackinnon, Sara R.TPacey, Flora Meyer, Maud ,McNemar McCormick,
and Myrtle Trudeau, the property having been sold to John
W. Spargue, the.sale being conformed by the Superior Court,
and afterwards, the said John I. Spargue deeded it to the
five parties who have signed this easement.
Gertie Ramsay, another of the Mackinnon heirs, sold
herd interest to John W. Spargue, who afterwards deeded it
back to the same five parties, all of whom have signed this
easement and acknowledged'the same.
I think you will find it correct in all respects. If
not, we will be glad to correct any error that might appear.t
