CONVEYANCE OF EASE19ENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY.
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Vm. H. Schaaf,
of the County of San Diego, State of California, for and in con-
sideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
convey unto the SAY DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of said County,
ito successors and assigns forever, an easement for right of way
over and upon the lands hereinafter described, for the construction,
use and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and the supports and
appurtenances thereof, convenient and necessary for the purposes
and uses of said Irrigation District, together with the rights of
ingress and egress over the adjacent lands to the grantors herein,
to the various points of said rights of way necessary for the
work of construction, maintenance and repair of said pipe lines,
supports and appurtenances. The said rights of ingress and egress
to be exercised with the least possible detriment and inconvenience
to the lands so used, and any damage to growing crops caused thereby
to be compensated for by the said District.

particularly described as follows:-
"Beginning at a point on the North line of the Southeast
quarter of fractional Section 9, Township Thirteen (13) South,
Range Four (4) West, S.B.B.M., 683 feet Easterly from the North-
west corner of said Southeast quarter of,6?ractionai section 9;
`'hence South 210 61 East 688 feet to a point;
Thence North 880 101 West 670 feet to a point;
Thence North 290 42, West 532 feet to a point in the West
line of the Southeast quarter of said fractional section 9;

Thence Northerly along the Jest line of the said South-
east quarter of said fractional Section 9 to the Northwest
corner of said Southeast quarter of said fractional Section $

beginning."
The contemplated location of the center line of the
said pipe line is more particularly shorn upon the attached plat,
and the right of way over said premises is a strip of land fifteen
(15) feet in width, along a. course or courses to be selected
by said San Dieguito Irrigation District, provided that such course
shall be laid so as to avoid interference with any fixtures or
permanent improvements on said premises at the time of such selec-
tion.
