THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Walter W. Siegel and Dorothy
Siegel, husband and wife, of Encinitas, California, for and in
consideration of One (Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considera-
tion, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these
presents convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT of said
County, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for right
of way over and upon the lands herein after described, for the con-
struction, use and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and the sup-.
ports and appurtenances thereof, convenient and necessary for the
purposes and uses of said Irrigation District, together with the
right of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands of the grantor
herein, to the various points of said rights of way necessary for
the work and construction, maintenance, and repair of said pipe
lines, supports and appurtenances.
Said pipe lines shall, wherever practicable, be placed under
ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which will not
interfere with the cultivation of-the land through which they ex-
tend, provided that where it is necessary to the proper gradient
and construction of said lines, they may be carried over arroyas
and depressions and said right of way above ground and upon tres-
tles or other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows:
The West thirty (30) feet of the North 161 feet of the West
258 feet of the North 2 of the Southeast 4 of the Northeast
of the Southwest . of Section 23, Twp. 13, South, Range 4
West, S.B.B.& M.

INITAS, CALIFORNIA, ON WEDNESDAY,

The Secretary presented for acceptance an easement for a Right-of-
way from Walter W. Siegel and Dorothy Siegel, husband and wife, of
Encinitas, California, for pipe line purposes on the following de-
scribed property:

N. Berryman and Ruth Berryman, husband and wife, of Encinitas, Calif-
ornia, for pipe line purposes on the following described property:
The West 30 feet of the Southerly 169 feet of-the West
258 feet of the North i of the SE1 of the NE? of the

Upon a motion by Director Batchelor, seconded by Director Baird and
unanimously carried, the above easement was accepted and the neces-
sary signatures thereto authorized.
