In consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valu-
able considerations paid by the said Irrigation District,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors do hereby
grant unto said San Dieguito Irrigation District-, its successors
and assigns forever a right-of-way in and over that strip of
land described as follows:
The Easterly Twenty (20) feet of 'the Westerly
Three Hundred Ten (310) feet of the Northerly
One Thousand (1000) feeta of the-Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township
13 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
in San Diego County, California.

This easement is granted for the purposes and uses of
said Irrigation District and the District's successors, its ser-
vants and agents at all times to pass.freely and repass on the
same, to build, construct,, complete, operate and maintain any
and all necessary or'convenient pipe lines or'other conduit to water
adjoining and adjacent lands, in whatsoever manner and according
to whatsoever regulat.ions__said District may devise or adopt;.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING A SUMMARY VACATION OF
WATER EASEMENT
WHEREAS, a request for vacation of a water easement has been submitted by Windsor
LLC, owner of property located at 1247 Windsor Road, APN 260-191-44; and
WHEREAS, the water easement was dedicated to the San Dieguito Irrigation District on
December 4, 1947, in Book 2569, Page 93 of Deeds; and
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Water District is successor in interest to the San Dieguito
Irrigation District; and
WHEREAS, the vacation proceedings were conducted under Chapter 4, Part 3, of the
State of California Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS,, the easement has not been used for the purpose which it was dedicated or
acquired for five consecutive years immediately preceding the proposed vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of San Dieguito
Water District approves a summary vacation of the aforementioned water easement lying within
the property described in Exhibit "A" enclosed, in accordance with the following:
1. The project as proposed is exempt from environmental review pursuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3).
2. There is no present or prospective public use for the easement.
3. The owner has been notified that an abandoned water line may still exist within
the vacated easement and that the water line will now be the responsibility of the
owner.

BE IT ALSO REbOLVED that the Secretary of the San iieguito Water District shall
cause a certified copy of the Resolution of Vacation, attested by the Secretary under seal, to be
recorded without acknowledgment of further proof, in the Office of the County Recorder. Upon
such recordation, the vacation process shall be deemed complete.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of San
Dieguito Water District held on the 28th of October, 1998, by the following vote:
