FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, W. F. WOLF ENTERPRISES, a limited partnership,
hereby grants to SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, an irriga-
tion district organized under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of California, an exclusive and permanent easement of
right of way over, upon, under and across the land in the County
of San Diego, State of California, described in Exhibit A attached
hereto, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress
therefrom, together with the right to clear and keep clear said
right of way from buildings, structures, explosives, trees, and
other material or growths detrimental to the uses herein granted.
Said easement is for the purpose of locating, relocating,
constructing, reconstructing, maintaining, operating, inspecting,
and repairing, a pipeline or pipelines and all fixtures and
appurtenances incidental thereto for use in connection therewith

in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to official plat thereof No. 1742, filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, December 28, 1922; the centerline of said
strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of
said Lot 2 distant thereon South 24°20' West 170.83
feet from the Northwest corner of-Lot 4 in said
Block 22; thence South 66°36' West 885.92 feet to
a point on the West line of said Lot 2 distant thereon
