E. Myers, husband and wife, and B. N. Myers and Bernice I.
Myers, husband and wife, of the County of San Diego, State
of California, for and in consideration of Une ($1.00)
:Collar and other valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, doer by these presents convey
unto the SAN DIEGUIT0 IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of said County,
its successors and assigns forever, an easement for right of
way over and upon the lands hereinafter described, for the
construction, use and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and
the supports and appurtences thereof, convenient and necessary
for the purposes and uses of said irrigation District, together
with the rights of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands
~~l i~vtto, the grantors herein, to the various points of said rights
of way necessary for the work of construction, maintenance and
repair of said pipe lines, supports and appurtenances. The
said rights of ingress and egress to be exercised with the
least possible detriment and inconvenience to the lands so
used, and any damage to growing crops caused thereby to be
compensated for by said District,
Said pipe lines wherever possible, shall be placed
under ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which
will not interfere with the cultivation of the land through
which they extend, provided that where it is necessary to the
proper gradient and construction of said pipe lines, they may
be carried over arroyas and depressions in said right of way
above ground and upon trestles and other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are
more particularly described as follows:
Lot G. Block 2, of Sea Cliff Villa, as per tap
No. 16500 filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego
County, December 10th 1914.
The location of the center line of the said pipe-line

is to be parallel to, and five feet South of the North line of
said Lot G; and the right of way over said premises is a strip
of land ten (10) feet in width, along the North line of said Lot.
