CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Theodore N. Berryman and
Ruth Berryman, husband and wife, of Encinitas,'California, for
and in consideration of One Dollar ($1®00) and other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does by these presents convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION
DISTRICT of said County, its successors and assigns forever,
an easement for right of way over and upon the lands herein
after described, for the construction, use and maintenance
thereon of pipe lines and the supports and appurtenances there-
of, convenient and necessary for the purposes and uses of said
Irrigation District, together with the right of ingress and
egress over-the adjacent lands of the grantor herein, to the
various points of said rights of way necessary for the work
and construction, maintenance, and repair of said pipe lines,
supports and appurtenances.
Said pipe lines shall, wherever practicable, be placed
under ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which
will not interfere with the cultivation of the land through
which they extend, provided that where it is necessary to the
proper gradient and construction of said lines, they may be
carried over arroyas and depressions and said right of way
above ground and upon trestles or other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows:
The West 30 feet of the Southerly 169 feet of the West
258 feet of the North 2 of the Southeast of the North-
east ; of the Southwest of Section 23, Twp. 13, South,
Range 4 West, S.B.B.& M.
