THIS INDSIUM WIMMSETH, that South Coast Realty uompany,
of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, for and in consider-
ation of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents convey unto the
San Dieguito Irrigation District of San Diego County, its successors and
assigns forever, an easement for right of way over and upon the lands
hereinafter described, for the construction, use and maintenance thereon
of pipe lines.and the supports and appurtenances thereof, convenient and
necessary for the.purposes and uses of said Irrigation District, together
with the rights of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands to the
grantors herein, to the various points of said rights of way necessary
for the work of construction, maintenance and repair of said pipe lines,
supports and appurtenannces. . The said rights of`infTess and egress to
be exercised with the least possible.detriment and inconvenience to the-
lands so used, and any damage to growing crops caused thereby to be
compensated for by the said District.
Said pipe lines.wherever possible, shall be placed under ground
and covered by the natural soil to a depth which will-not interfere with
the cultivation of the land'through which they extend, provided that where
it is necessary to the proper gradient and construction of said pipe lines,
they may be carried over arroyas and depressions in said right of way
above ground and upon trestles and other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more par-
titularly described as follows:
East ~ of the S.E 4- of S.E.1, of Section 4, T. 13 S., R. 4 VI.,
S.B.B. & Y.
The right of way over said premises is a strip of land Twenty-
five (25) feet in width and the center line of the pipe line is more
particularly described as follows:

of Section 4, said point being North Eighty-nine degrees,'Forty-one
minutes, Ten seconds (89041'l0«)'West a distance of one Hundred Twenty-three
(123) feet from the Northeast corner of said tract
Thence in a Southeasterly direction to a point on the.;Easterly
boundary line.of said tract; said point being South No degrees, Four minutes,
Fifty seconds (0000415011) West a distance of Three Hundred Forty-eight (348),
feet from the Northeast corner of said-tract;

RESOLUTION NO. 2006-02
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN DIEOUITO WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING. A SUMMARY VACATION OF
WATER EASEMENT
WHEREAS, a request for vacation of a water easement has been submitted by Harry E.
and Sondra Petersen for property located at 1060 Urania Avenue (APN 254-363-04); and
WHEREAS, said water easement was dedicated to the San Dieguito Water District on
November 30; 1926 in Book.1203, Page 469 of Deeds; and
WHEREAS, the vacation proceedings, were conducted under Chapter 4, Part 3; of the
State of California Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, the easement has not been used for the purpose for which it was dedicated
or acquired for five, consecutive years immediately preceding the proposed vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of San Dieguito
Water District approves a summary vacation of the aforementioned water easement lying within
the property described in Exhibit "A" enclosed, in accordance with the following:
1. The.project as proposed is exempt from environmental review pursuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3).
2. There is no present or prospective public use for the easement.
3. The owner has been notified that any pipelines within said easement have been
abandoned by the District and will now be the responsibility of the owner.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Secretary of the San Dieguito Water District shall
cause a certified copy of the Resolution of Vacation, attested by the Secretary under seal, to be
recorded without acknowledgment of further proof, in the Office of the County Recorder. Upon
such recordation, the vacation process shall be deemed complete.
PASSED AND ADOP'T'ED at .a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of San
Dieguito Water District held on the 22°d of February, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: :Bond, Daiager, Guerin, Houlihan, Stocks.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Norte.
ABSTAIN: None.
