CONVEYANCE OF &SM12ENT FOR RIGHT OF ;SAY. OCL CUdo,"
THIS INDENTURE '7ITNES6ETH, that SOUTH COf.ST LAND COMPANY, a
California Corporation of the County of Los .Angeles, State of California,
for and in consideration of one Dollar ($$1.00) and other valuable consider-
ation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of San Diego County, its
successors and assigns forever, an easement for 'night of way over and upon
the lands hereinafter described, for the construction, use and ma ntenance
thereon of pipe lines and the supports and appurtenances thereof, conven-
ient and necessary for the purposes and uses of said Irrigation District,
together with the rights of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands to
the grantors herein, to the various points of said rights of way necessary
for the work of construction, maintenance and repair of said pipe lines,
supports and appurtenances. The said rights of ingress and egress to be
exercised with the least possible detriment and inconvenience to the lands
so used, and any damage to growing crops caused thereby to be compensated
for by said District.
Said pipe lines whereves~ possible, shall be placed under ground
and. covered by the natural soil to a depth which will not interfere with
the cultivation of the land through which they extend, provided that where
it is necessary to the proper gradient and construction of said pipe lines,
they may be carried. over arroyas and depressions in said right of way above
ground and upon trestles and other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more particul-
arly described as follows;-

Parallel to and five (5) feet westerly from the easterly boundary
line of Lot 1, Bloc: "I" Sout'.n Coast Park Annex, excepting there-
from, however, the northerly One hundred (100) feet and parallel
to and five (5) feet westerly from the easterly boundary of Lots
2, and 3 of Block "I" of South Coast Park .Annex, as per Map thereof
No. 1788 filed in the office of the Recorder of said San Diego
County.
The contemplated loc..tion of the center line of the said pipe line
is more particularly shown upon the attached plat, and the right of way over
said premises is a strip of land five (5) feet in width, along a course or
courses to be selbeted by said San Dieguito Irrigation District, provided that
such course shall be laid so as to avoid interference with any fixtures or
