CONVEYA TCE OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT 01' WAY.
THIS INDETTITRE ITNESSETH, that the South Coast Land Company,
a California Corporation, of the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, for and in consideration of tine :Dollar ($1.00) and
other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does by these presents convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO
IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of San Diego County, its successors and assigns
forever, and easement for right of way over and upon the lands here-
inafter described, for the construction, use and maintenance thereon
of pipe lines and the supports and appurtenances thereof, convenient
and necessary for the purposes and uses of said Irrigation District,
together with the rights of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands
to the.grantors herein, to the various points of said rights of way
necessary for the wor4 of construction, maintenance and repair of
said pipe lines, supports and appurtenances. The said rights of in-
gress and egress to be e:>ercised with the :?east possible detriment
and inconvenience to the lands so used, and any damage to growing
crops caused thereby to be compensated for by said District.
Said pipe lines shall wherever possible, be placed under
ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which will not
interfere with the cultivation of the land through which they extend
provided that where it is necessary to the proper, gradient and con-
struction of said pipe lines, they may be carried over arroyas de-
pressions in said right 'of way above ground and upon trestles and

other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows:-
Lot Six (6), Block "D" South Coast Park No.3, accord-
ing to kap thereof No.1935, filed in the office of the
Recorder of San Diego County, California ...............1926.
The right of way over s&ld preaties is a strip of land Ten
(10) feet in width and the contemplated location of the center line
.,of ,the said pipe line is more particularly described as follows;
W. Y
Beginp ng at a point of the boundary line between
Dots hive (5) and Six (6). Block I'D", South Coast
Bark No.3,.said point being S.67027122" W., 53.3
Feet from the Southeast corner of said :got Six (6);
thence X. 880551 W., 20.1 Feet to a point; thence
on a curve concave to the Northeast and faith a
radius of 100 feet, to an intersection with the
Westerly line of said Lot 6, said p6int of inter-
section being N.2203213811 W.., 2£3.5 feet from'the
Southwest corner of said Lot Six (6).
