CONVEYANCE uF EASENIEN`i FOR IRIGhT UP WAY.
THIS II~TDENTUIu E WITHESSETH, that South Coast Land Company,
a California Corporation, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1,00) and other valuable con-
dideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these
presents convey unto the SAN DIEGu.[Tu itiRIGATiuN DIS'i,ttlC of San
Diego County, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for
right of way over and upon the lands hereinafter described, for-the
construction, use and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and the
supports and appurtenances thereof, convenient and necessary for the
purposes and uses of said irrigation District, together with the
rights of ingree and egress over the adjacent lands to the grantors
herein, to the various points of said rights of vay necessary for
the work of construction, maintenance and repair of said pipe lines,
supports and appurtenances. -The said rights of ingress and egress
to be exercised with the least possible detriment and inconvenience
to the lands so used,.a.nd any damage to growing. crops caused thereby
to be compensated for by said District.
Said pipe lines shall wherever possible, be prated under
ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which will not
interfere with the cultivation of the land through which they ex-
tend, provided that where it is necessary to the proper gradient and
construction of said pipe lines, they may be carried over arroyas
and depressions in said right of way above ground and upon trestles
and other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows;-
Lot 4, Block D, South Coast .Park No.3, according to
Map thereof, No. 1935, filed in the office of the
Recorder of San Diego County, Calif. 1926.
The right of way over said premises is a strip of land
Ten (10) feet in width and the contemplated location of the center
line of the said pipe line is more particularly described as follows:-
Beginning at a point on boundary line between Lots 4,
w
and 5, Block D, South Coast Park No.3, said point
being N. 28°33 1301 W.0 175.12 feet from the South-
West corner of said Lot 4 thence S.880551 E., to
an intersection with the Northeasterly line of said
Lot 4, said point of intersection being 69.07 feet
Westerly, measured along the curved boundary line of
said Lot 4, from the Northeast corner of said Lot 4.
