1926-69939CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the South Coast 'Land Company,
a California Corporation, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknoviledged, does
by these presents convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT,
of San Diego County, its successors and assigns forever, an ease-
ment for right of way over and upon the lands hereinafter described,
for the construction, use and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and
the supports and appurtenances thereof, convenient and necessary for
the purposes and uses of said Irrigation District, together with the
rights of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands to the grantors
herein, to the various points of said right3 of way necessary for
the work of construction, maintenance and repair of said pipe lines,
supports and appurtenances. Thh said rights of ingress and egress
to be exercised with the least possible detriment and inconvenience
to the lands so used, and any damage to growing crops caused thereby
to be compensated for by said Districts
Said pipe lines shall wherever possible, be placed under
ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which wiil not
interfere with the cultivation of the land through which they extend,
provided that vjhere it is necessary to the proper gradient and con-
struction of said pipe lines, they may be carried over arroyas and
depressions in said right of ray above ground and upon trestles and
other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows:-
Trot 5, Block "D", South Coast Park No.3, according
to Map thereof No. 1935, filed in the office of the
Recorder of San Diego County, California 1926.
The right of 'way over said premises is a strip of land Ten
(10) feet in width and the contemplated location of the center line
of the said pipe line is more particularly described as follows:-

Five (5), Block "D", South Coast Park No.3, said
point being. 5.281133130" E., 29.2 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Lot; thence 1V.880551W. ,
to an intersection with the Northerly line of
said Lot, said point of intersection being S.070
2712211 W. , 53.3 feet from said - Northeast corner
of said Lot Five (5). .
