IN CONSIDERATION' of the sum of Ten (10) Dollars,
lawful money o,f the United States to it paid by the Grantee,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor hereby
grants unto the Grantee., its successors and assigns, an
easement and right of way for the construction, uge and
maintenance of pipe li.nesand appurtenances thereto, con-

veni.ent and necessary for the purposes and uses of said
Irrigation. District, over, through and under that. certain. .
land in the County of San Diego, State of California, par-
ticularly described as follows:
Lot Three (3), Block Five (5) of Rancho Santa Fe,
according to Map No. 1.742. filed in the office of
the Recorder- of San Diego County,. California..
The right of way over said premises i.s a strip of.
land ten feet (10') in w.i.dt.h, extending five feet.
(51) on each side of a center line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said
Lot 3 from which point the corner common to Lots 1
and 4, Block 4,, and Lot 3, Block 5 of said subdivision,
bears. 1q:4054.1 E, 211 feet.; thence N. 45°12' 71. a dis-
tance of 92.5 feet, more or less, to a point on the
center line of the San Dieguito Irrigation- District's
main pipe line, the location of which is described in.
a certain easement granted to the said District by the
Santa Fe Land Improvement Company under date of March 26,
1923,and recorded in the office of the Recorder of'San
Diego County,Cal.ifornia.August 22,1925, in Book No. 1121,.

the San Dieguito Irrigation District, that the easement
dated April 30, 1929, executed by the Santa Fe Land
Improvement Company, conveying right of way over the lard
described therein, to said San Dieguito-Irrigation Di.9trict,
be and the same is hereby accepted and that the same be
filed in the office of the County Recorder.
Above resolution introduced by Director Coutts,
seconded by Director Beauchamp, voted upon and unanimously
carried.
