-------DISTRICT------------------------------- hereinafter called the "Grantor," for and in consideration of the sum of

One Dollar, and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to the San Diego Gas
& Electric Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, hereinafter called the "Grantee," the right, easement and
privilege of placing, erecting, constructing, repairing, replacing, maintaining and using, a line of poles with wires suspended
thereon and all necessary and proper guys, anchorage, crossarms, braces and other fixtures for use in connection therewith, at
such locations and elevations upon, along and over the hereinafter described right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter
deem=con'venient and necessary from time to time, for the transmission and distribution of electricity for a11-purposes for which
it may be used, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said line, over and across the
State of California, and more particularly
Grantor's land situate in the County of San Diego
described as follows:
e, That certain portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 104 Township 13 South9 Range 3 blest, San Bernardino Base and Meridian4
described in a Deed recorded July 18, 1962 at Recorder°s File/Page No. 11888
of Official Records of said County of San Diego.
The right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 10; thence South 89° 491 37" East along the Southerly line
thereof, a distance of 917.12 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the right
of tray herein described; thence from said TRUE, POINT OF BEGINNING, North 22°
101 37" Test, 63.79 feet to a point hereinafter known, and designated as Point
"A"; thence from said Point "A", North 89° 51t 37" West, $0.20 feet to an
intersection with the center line of that certain right of way granted to San
Diego Gas & Electric•Compauy, a corporation, recorded March 27, 1964 at

ALSO: Within that certain 4000 foot strip of land, being 2.00 feet on each
side of the following described center line:
Beginning at the above described Point "A"; thence North 22° 101 37" West,
25.00 feet.
Excepting from the above described right of way any portion thereof not lying
within the above described lands of the Grantor herein.
The side lines of the above described right of way shall be lengthened and/or
shortened so as to terminate said lines in the boundaries of the above described
property,,

It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantee may place, erect and maintain, on the lands of the
Grantor adjacent to the above described right of way such anchorage as may be necessary to properly guy the power pole
line erected over said right of way.
Grantor and.....; t.tg! ............successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any build-
ing or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
