GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY
The undersigned, Santa Fe Irrigation District, an irrigation
district organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws
of the State of California, as Grantor, of Rancho Santa Fe,
California, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar
($1.00) lawful money of the united States, paid by the San
Dieguito Irrigation District, an irrigation district organized
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
California, as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant unto said San Dieguito District, its successors r'
and assigns, an easement of right of way in, upon, over and
across the lands hereinafter described, for the purpose of
locating, relocating, constructing, reconstructing, maintaining,
operating, inspecting and repairing a pipe line or pipe lines,
and all fixtures and appurtenances incidental thereto for use
in connection therewit19 for the transmission and distribution
of water and all uses and purposes incidental thereto, together
with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and
along said right of way, together with the right to clear and
keep clear said right of way from buildings, structures, ex-
plosives, trees, and other material or growths detrimental to
the uses herein granted.
The lands in which such easement of right of way is hereby
granted are situated in the County of San Diego, State of
California, and particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 5, Rancho Santa Fe
The route of said easement of right of way across the
aforesaid lands shall be as follows:
Beginning at the NTI corner 8f Lot 4 of Block 4 of
Rancho Santa Fe; thence ~ 4 54' tad a distance of
103.15 feet; thence I1t 85 52' INI a distance of 73.05
feet to the true point of beginning; 0 thence N 85 52' W
a distance of 5.48 feet; thence S 81 37' 30" W a
distance of 995.62 feet to a radial point on a curve
of radius 1036.91 feet, concave southeasterly; thence
along said curve a distance of 201.49 feet; thence
