The San Dieguito Union High School District of San Diego County,
California,, does hereby dedicate to the San Dieguito Irrigation District,
a public corporation, an easement for the construction, operation and
maintenance of a water line and appurtenances thereto, through, over,
under, along and across all that real property situated in the County
of San Diego State of California, more particularly described as follows:
The Southerly 16F feet of the Southeast.Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 13 South; Range
4 West, San Bernardino Bas & Meridian.
The route. of said easement of right of way across the aforesaid lands
shall be as follows:
The Northerly 10 feet of the above described property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the San Dieguito Union High School District
of San Diego County, California, has caused this deed to be executed by
the President of its Board of Trustees this 14th day of April ,
1961.
