GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY

, hereinafter called the "Grantor," for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby. acknowledged, do hereby.grant to the San Diego Gas
Electric Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, hereinafter called the "Grantee," the right, easement and
privilege of placing, erecting, constructing, repairing, replacing, maintaining and using, a line of poles with wires suspended
thereon and all necessary and proper guys, anchorage, crossarms, braces and other fixtures for use in connection therewith, at
such locations and elevations upon, along and over the hereinafter described right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter
deem convenient and necessary from time to time, for the transmission and distribution of electricity for all purposes for which .
it may be used, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said line, over and across the
Grantor's land situate in the County of____________ San Diego
, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows:
That certain portion of East Block 5 of Encinitasg according to leap thereof
Noe 1480 filed in the office of the Recorder of said County of San Diego,
described in a Deed recorded in Book 7861 at Page 475 of Official Records
of said County of San Diegoq excepting therefrom that certain portion de-
scribed in a Deed recorded March It 1961 at :Recorder's File/page Noe 36052
of Official Records of said County of San Diego.
The center line of said right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said East Block 5; thence Forth 2°
17' 30" East along the Easterly line of said East.Block 59 a distance of
194.63 feet to the TRUE POINT Or BEGINNING of the right of tray herein de-
scribed; thence from said TRUE POINT OF BEGINlING, South 85° 50' 30" West,
138406 feetd
Excepting from the above described right of wadi any portion thereof not
lying within the above described lands of the Grantor herein.
It is u,~b~derstood and agreed by the parties hereto that the right of way herein conveyed shall be ___1 - 2.90 feet in width,
being -_b_aO-____ feet measured at right angles, on each side of the above described route of said line of poles and wires.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantee may place, erect and maintain, on the lands of the
Grantor adjacent to the above described right of way such anchorage as may be necessary to properly guy the power pole
line erected over said right of way.

Grantor and ........................successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any, bbuild-
ing or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
The Grantee is also hereby granted the right to trim any trees along or adjacent to said line of poles and wires whenever
considered by it necessary for the proper operation and use of the rights hereby granted.
