hereinafter called the "Grantor", for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar, and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do--------------------hereby grant
to San Diego Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, hereinafter called the "Grantee", the right,
easement and privilege of placing, constructing, repairing, replacing, changing the size of, maintaining and using a line of pipe
and all necessary and proper fixtures and equipment for use in connection therewith, for the transmission and distribution of
gas and for all purposes connected therewith, upon, along and under the hereinafter described right of way, at such location
and elevation as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary at any time or from time to time, together
with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said right of way, over and across the Grantor's land
situated in the County of----------------------- -a'-cnn- p ez State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
The East 20.0 feet of the North Three Quarters of the Hest Half
of the- Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15,

Within the above described property.
By accepting this easement grantee agrees that the said
gas line shall be laid at least 5 feet east of the water
lines of grantor which is now located within said right
of way; and that grantee will reimburse grantor for any
damage caused to grantor's water line by the installation
or repair of said gas line, and will indemnify grantor
against any liability to third persons arising from damage
to grantor's water line caused by acts of grantee.
Grantor covenants for it.Sle f'__.___....and._.......itB.__._successors and assigns not to erect or construct or permit to
be erected or constructed, any buildings or other structure, make any excavations or fills, plant any tree or trees, or drill or
dig any well or wells on said easement of right of way.
