hereinafter called the "Grantor", for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, and other value received, do hereby grant to the San Diego
Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, hereinafter called the "Grantee", the
right, easement and privilege of placing, constructing, repairing,* replacing, maintaining and using, for
the transmission and distribution of gas and for all purposes connected therewith, a ..............................line of
pipe and all necessary and proper fixtures and equipment for use in connection therewith, together with
the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom to and along said line, over and across the Grantor's land
situate in the County'of----------------- San Diego State of California, and more particularly
described as follows : Lot 27 in Block 21 of Cardiff, as per map thereof No. 1298 filed
in the office of the Recorder of said.County of San Diego.
The route of said line of pipe across said land shall be as follows: Along a line which is parallel
with and 15.0 feet Southeasterly from the Northwesterly line of said Lot 27.
