For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT,, a State
Agency organized and operating under the Water Code of the
State of California' does hereby grant to WILLIAM L. and
M•IRIAM E. CLARK,,husband and wife, their assigns and heirs,
a non-exclusive easement for the purpose of ingress and
egress over the premises described as follows:
"The Northerly 20 feet AND the Easterly 20 feet of the
Northerly 330 feet of the West Half of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Town-
ship 13 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of Calif-
