certify that the above motion was duly accepted by the Board
of Directors of San Dieguito Irrigataion District at a regular
meeting of said Board, duly and regularly held in the office of
said District on the 9th day of June, 1954 at which time all
of the Directors were present and that said motion has not been
amended"or repealed.

husband and wife, as joint tenants

sum of one dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States, paid
by San Dieguito Irrigation District, an irrigation district or-
ganized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State
of California, as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant unto said San Dieguito Irrigation District, its
successors and assigns an easement of right of way in, upon, over
and across the lands hereinafter described, for the purpose of
locating, relocating, constructing, reconstructing, maintahing
operating, inspecting and repairing a pipe line or pipe lines,
and all fixtures and appurtenances incidental thereto for use in
connection therewith, for the transmission and distribution of
water and all uses and purposes incidental thereto, together with
the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along
said right of way, together with the right to clear and keep clear
said right of way from buildings, structures, explosives, trees,
and other material or growths detrimental to the uses herein
granted.
- The lands in which such easement of right of way is hereby
granted are situated in the County of San Diego, State of Califor-
nia,and particularly described as follows, to wit:
All that portion of the Northwest Quarter of the South-
west Quarter of Section 10, Township 13 South, Range 4 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to United States Government Survey
approved April k19, 1881, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northwest.
Quarter of/said Section 10;•thence North 89040' West along
the North line of Southwest quarter a distance of 706
? feet; thence So~th 1026' West a distance of 530 feet;
thence North 60 00' East 828.25 feet to the.East line
of the Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter; thence
North along the said East boundary line of Northwest
Quarter of Southwest Quarter 112.04 feet to the point
of beginning,
EXCEPTING the North 20 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the Westerly 300 feet, the
Easterly line of said Westerly 300 feet being drawn
parallel with and distant 3.00 feet Easterly measured
at right angles from the Westerly line of the above
mentioned property.
The route of said easement of right of way across the afore-
said lands shall be as follows:

A strip of land 25 feet in width lying 12.5 feet on
either side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of the
North one-half; said point being North 89`381 West 330.06
feet, measured along the said northerly line from the
point of intersection with the center line of Saxony
Road as shown on San Diego County Road Survey No. 700
on file in the office of the Surveyor of said County;
thence South 33034' East 0.90 feet to the beginning of
a -curve concave to the west and having a radius of 490
feet through a central angle of 22046'30"; thence south-
erly along said curve 194.77 feet to a point; thence
South 10047'30" East along a line tangent to said curve
480.5 feet, more or less, to a point in the southerly
line of said North one-half said point being North
89043' West, measured along the said southerly line of
the North one-half, 154.6 feet, more or less, from the
point of intersection with the above described center
line of Saxony Road.
