The undersigned, Robert F. Hesse and Claire Hesse,
husband and wife, as joint tenants ,
as G rarto r, of County o f

sum of one dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States,
paid by San Dieguito Irrigation District, an irrigation district
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of California, as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, does hereby grant unto said San Dieguito Irrigation
District, its successors and assigns an easement of right of way
in, upon, over and across the lands hereinafter described, for
the purpose of locating, relocating, constructing, reconstructing,
maintaining, operating, inspecting and repairing a pipe line or
pipe lines, and all fixtures and appurtenances incidental there-
to for use in connection therewith, for the transmission and
distribution of water and all uses an d purposes incidental there-
to, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress there-
from, to and along said right of way, together with the right to
clear an d keep clear said right of way from buildings, structures,
explosives, trees, and other material or growths detrimental to
the uses herein granted.
The lands in which such easement of right of way is hereby
granted are situated in the County of San Diego, State of Califor-
nia, and particularly described as follows, to wit ;
An easement for the installation and maintenance of
water mains over and across Lot 4 of Block G of South
Coast Park Annex as per Map No. 1788 thereof, said ease-
ment being 25 feet in width lying 12.5 feet on either
side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of said
Lot 4, said point being North 89041'10" W 178.43 feet
from the southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence North
270381 W in a direct line 225.70 feet to an angle point;
thence North 14043115" W in a direct line 254.34 feet,
more or less, to a point in the northerly line of said
Lot 4, said point being North 89041110" W 348.40 feet
from the northeast corner of said Lot 4-
