EASEMENT
For a consideration of $$1.00 per year the San Dieguito
Irrigation District, a state agency operating under the State
of California Irrigation District Water Code, does hereby grant
to the Rancho Coastal Humane Society an easement for the purpose
of ingress and egress over and .across the Westerly eighteen (18)
feet of ,the following described property:
"That portion of the East Half. of the Northwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey, approved
April 19, 1881, described as follows:
"Commencing at the Northeast. corner. of said East Half;
thence South 0° 51' 50" West along the Easterly line of
said East Half, a distance of 360.00 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence North 890 44' 05" West para-
llel with the southerly line of said East; Ralf_ to a.
point in the Easterly lire of land conveyed to Stephen
Do Temple et ux, dated July 18, 1956 on Deed and recorded
in Book 6203, page ,45 of Official Records, thence South
0° 38' 30" West along "said Easterly line of said Temples'
land, a distance of 302.72 feet to the Southeast corner
thereof, being also a point in the Southerly line of
said East Half; thence South 890 44' 05", East along` said
Southerly line, a distance of 139.37 feet more or less
to the Southeast corner of, said East _Hi41f; thence North
0° 51' 5011 East along the Easterly line of said -East
Half a distance of 302.72 .feet to the true point
beginning."
Said easement shall be revokable upon thirty (30) d- .s
