cideration of One (w 1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents
convey unto the SAN DILGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of said County
of San Diego, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for
right of way over and upon the lands hereinafter described, for the
construction, use and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and the
supports and appurtenances thereof, convenient and necessary for
the purpose and uses of said Irr.i.gation District, together with
the rights of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands of the
grantors herein, to the various points of said rights of way
necessary for the work of construction, maintenance and repair of
said pipe lines, supports and appurtenances. The said rights_of
ingress and egress to be exercised with the least possible detri-
ment and inconvenience to the lands so used, and any damage. to
growing crops caused thereby to be compensated for by said District.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are
more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the Iv-nl4 of the S4 of
Section 15, Township 13 South, Hange
4 West$ S. B. M. described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of
said NV14 of the SE-1 of Section 15;
thence North 1°25" East, 319.8 feet;
thence North 89°551 bast 681.0 feet;
thence South 1025, Test, 319.8 feet;
thence South 89155' West, 681 feet to
the point of beginning.
The right of way over said premises is a strip of land
ten (10) feet in width extending five (5) feet on each side of a
center "line, described as follows:
