THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that -_FAL0PJ1kRES"HEIGHTS COkA'1snY'„ a
California Corporation, of the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
for and in consideration of One $1.00) Dollar and other valuable consider-
ation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of said County of San
Diego, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for right of way
over and upon the lands hereinafter described, for the construction, use
and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and the supports and appurtenances
thereof, convenient and necessary for the purpose and uses of said Irri-
gation District, together with the rights of ingress and egress over the
adjacent lands of the grantors herein, to the various points of said
rights of way necessary for the work of construction, maintenance and
repair of said pipe lines, supports and appurtenances. The said rights
of ingress and agrees to be exercised with the least possible detriment
and inconvenience to the lands so used, and any damage to growing crops
caused thereby to be compensated for by said District.
Said pipe lines wherever possible, shall be placed under ground
and covered by the natural soil to a depth which will not interfere with
the cultivation.of the land through which they extend, provided that where
it is necessary to the proper gradient and construction of said pipe lines,
they may be carried over arroyas and depressions in said right of way above
ground and upon trestles and.other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more parti-
cularly described as follows :
Lots 7 and g, Block A, Lots 1 to 8 inclusive;
Block B, and Lots 1 to 7 inclusive, Block C
of Palomares Heights, according to map thereof
No. 2111 filed in the office of the Recorder of
San Diego County, California, and the right--of-
way is a strip of land 10 fWA-:, in width extedd-
ing 5 feet on each side of a center line described
as follows:-

Gentlemen
We herewith inform you that we have given the Southern
California Telephone Company an easement for poles and ancfiors over
the westerly portion of Lots 1 to 6, inc., Block D. Lots 2 to 8, inc.,
Block C, Palomares Heights Tract, Map 2114. This however, is subject
to the easement given you on October 11, 1928 over said property* We
instructed the telephone company to get in touch with you before
starting any construction so as not to interfere with your water
mains.
