The undersigned, P and G INSURANCE COMPANY, a No F66
California corporation, as Grantor, in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United
States, paid by SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, an
irrigation district organized and existing under the laws
of the State of California, as Grantee, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto said SAN DIEGUITO-
DISTRICT, its successors and assigns, an easement and'
right of way in, upon, over and across the lands hereinafter
described, for the purpose of locating, relocating, construct-
ing,reconstructing, maintaining, operating, inspecting and
repairing a pipeline or pipelines, and all fixtures and
appurtenances incidental thereto or for use in connection
therewith (excluding structures above the surface of the
property hereby affected) for the transmission and distribu-
tion of water and all uses and purposes incidental thereto,
together with the right of ingress thereto and egress there-
from, to and along said right of way, together with the right
to clear and keep clear said right of way from buildings,
structures, explosives, trees and other material or growths,
detrimental to the uses herein granted.
The lands in which such easement and right of way is hereby
granted are situated in the County of San Diego, State of
California, and are particularly described as follows:
A strip of land in Lot 6, in Block 5, of
Rancho Santa Fe, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to map thereof
No, 17422 filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County December 28,
1922, which strip is-20-feet in width, lying

on the southerly side of the following
described line:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly
line of said Lot 6 distant thereon due North
335-082 feet from the Southeast corner of
said lot; thence South 45° 291 West 269,45
feet-to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Southeasterly having a radius of
1-510i0 feet; thence Southwesterly along said
curve to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 6,
Grantee by accepting and recording this easement
agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, that it
will not at any time erect any structures above the
surface of the property hereinabove described.
