THIS IFI) NTUzRE tcrITXESSETII, that Otto Koehlert,
of the County of. San Diego." State of California, for and in
consideration of One Dollar (1~1.00) and other, valuable considera-
tion, the `receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these
presents convey unto the SATT DIEGUITO.IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of
said County, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for
the construction, use .and maintenance thereon of pipe.lines and
the supports and-appurtenances thereof, convenient and necessary
for the purT)oses and uses of said Irrigation District, together
with the rights of ingress and egress- over the adjacent lands
to the, grantors herein, to the various points of said rights of
way necessary for, the work of construction, maintenance' and re-
pair of said pipe lines, supports and appurtenances. The said
rights' of .ingress and egress to be exercised with the least pos-
sible detriment and inconvenience to the lands so used, and any
damage to growing crops caused thereby to be compensated for by
said District,
Said pipe lines wherever possible, shall be. placed
under ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which
will not interfere.with the cultivation of the land through which
they extend, provided that where it is necessary to the proper
gradient and construction of said pipe lines,, they may.be carried
over.arroyas and depressions in said right of way above ground and
tip on trestles and other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are
more particularly described as follows :

Township Thirteen (13) South, Range
Four (4) west, S.B.B.M."
The contemplated location of the center line of the
said pipe line is more particularly shown upon the attached plat,
and the right of way over said premises is a strip of land fifteen
(15) feet in -moth, along a course or, courses to be selected
by said San. Diegi to Irrigation'District, provided that such
