THIS INDENTURE VIITNESSETH, that Diary Y. tilh.ite, of the
County of San Diego, State of California, for and in consideration
of One Dollar (f)1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents convey unto
the SAN D17GUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of said County, its successors
and assigns forever, an easement for right of way over and upon the
lands hereinafter described, for the construction, use and maintenance
thereon of pipe lines and the supports and appurtenances thereof,
convenient and necessary for the purposes and uses of said Irrigation
Dis tricto together with the right of ingress and egress over the ad-
jacent lands of the grantors herein, to the various points of said
rights of way necessary for the work of construction maintenance
and repair of said pipe lines, supports and appurtenances. The said
rights of ingress and egress to be exercised with the least possible
detriment and inconvenience to the lands so used, and any damage to
growing crops caused thereby to be compensated for by said District.
