CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY..
THIS .INIJENTURE WITNESSETH that I'. S. Jackson,
of the County of San Diego,.. State of California, .f.or.. and in
eorsaideration of Dollar ( # 1.00) and other valuable. considera-
tion, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by tY,Lese
presents convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION;DISTRICT, of
said County, its successors and assigns . forever, " an easement 'for
the construction, use and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and
the supports and appurtenances thereof, convenient and necessary
for. the purposes and used of said Irrigation District, together
with the rights of ingress and: egress over the adjacent lands
to the grantors: herein, to .the various points-of said rights :of
way necessary for the work of construction,.maintenance and re-
i f saidP ipe lines supports and appurtenances. The said

rights of 'ingress and egress., to be: exercised with the least pos-
ible detriment and inconvenience to "the lands so used, and any
damage to growing crops caused thereby ,,to be compensated for . bg
said District.
Said pipe lines wherever possible, shall be . placed
.under ground and covered by. the natural soil - to , a depth which
will not interfere with . the cultivation of the land through which
they extend, provided that where it is necessary to - the proper
gradient and construction of said pipe lines,. they may be carried
over. arroyas and depressions in " said right .of, way above ground and
upon trestles and other supports.
The premises over which this .,conveyance extends are;
more particularly. described as follows

The contemplated location of the, center line of. the
said pipe line is more particularly. shown upon the attached plat,
and the' right of way over said premises is a:strip of land fifteen
(15) feet in width, along a course or ;courses to be selected
by said San Dieguito irrigation District," provided that such.
course shall .be `laid so as to. avoid .int.erfererice with'any.
fixtures and permanent improvements on •said premises at the
time of such :selection. ;
