CONVEYANCE OF UASE10NT FOR RIGHT OF WAY

THIS CONVEYANCE INITNESSETH, that Lo L. BUCKLEW AND ANNE
FORSHAW BUCKLE! , husband and wife, of the County of San Dievo,
State of California for and in consideration of One (1,00)_
Dollar, and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents convey unto SAN
DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT of said County and State, its
successors and assigns forever, an easement for right of way over
and upon the lands hereinafter described, for the construction use
and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and the supports and aDpurt@-
nances thereof, convenient and necessary for the purposes and uses
thereof, convenienO and necessary for the purposes and uses of said
Irrigation District, together with the right of ingress and egress
over the adjacent lands of the Grantor herein, to the various points
of said night of way necessary for the work and construction, mainte-
namce and repair of said pipe lines, supports, and appurtenances.
The said rights of ingress and'egyess to be exercised with the least
possible detriment and inconvenience to the lands so used, and any
damage to growing crops caused thereby to be compensated for by the
oa.id District,,
Said pipe lines shall, wherever practicable, be placed under
ground and covered'by the natural soil to a depth which will not
interfere with the cultivation of the land through which they extend,
provided that where it is necessary to the proper gradient and con-
struction of said lines, they may be carried over arroyas and de-
pressions in said right of way above ground and upon trestles or
other supports,,

is shown upon the attached plat, and said easement consists of a
strap of land Sixteen (16) feet in width, more particularly described
as follows-
Beginning at a lk” iron pipe situated on the East boundary
of Princehouse Acres Tract and marking the Northeast corner
of the N2 of the N2 of the NE- of the S4. of the N!7k of
Section 14, T,, 13 S, R. 4 ',v., S.B.B.M; thence S 0 10 W
along the said East boundary a distance of 183 feet- thence
N 8 9 ®429 1 9 a distance of 16 feet to the true point of begin-
ning, thence N 8 9 0 42 0 W a distance of 307 feet to a oint

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD
OF THE SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING A SUMMARY VACATION OF
PORTIONS OF WATER EASEMENTS
Assessors Parcel No. 259 - 310 -39
WHEREAS, a request for vacation of portions of water easements has
been submitted by Stephen Mascaro;
WHEREAS, the vacation proceedings were conducted under Chapter 4,
Part 3, of the State of California Streets and Highways Code;
WHEREAS, the easement has been superseded by relocation and there
are no other public facilities located within the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of the. San Dieguito
Water District approves a summary vacatio��of those portions of the
water easements recorded on Ju 29 kn l,._.i_n�Book 660; Page 181
recorded on July 24, 1939 in'Book 9 Page 2 6 ;wand recorded on
October 21960 as File No2 - 6, al`l o records, lying
within the property described in Exhibit " A " enclosed, in
accordance with the following:
1. The project as proposed is exempt from environmental
review pursuant to th-- California Environmental Quality
Act Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3).
2. There is no present or prospective public use for the
easement.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Secretary of the San Dieguito Water
District shall cause a certified copy of the Resolution of
Vacation, attested by the Secretary under seal, to be recorded
without acknowledgement of further proof, in the Office of the
County Recorder. Upon such recordation, the vacation process shall
be deemed complete.
