OI+ THE County of San Diego, State of California, for and in
consideration of One Dollar (4)1.00) and other valuable considera-
tion, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these
presents convey unto the SALT DIFGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of
said County, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for
the construction, use and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and
the supports and appurtenances thereof, convenient and necessary
for the purposes and uses of said Irrigation District, together
with the - rights of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands
to the grantors herein, to the various points of said rights of
way necessary for the work of construction, mainter)ance and re-
pair of said pipe lines, supports and appurtenances. The said
rights of ingress and egress to be exercised with the least pos-
sible detriment and inconvenience to the lands so used, and zany
damage to growing crops caused thereby t'o be compensated for by
said District.
Said pipe lines wherever possible, shall be placed
under ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which
will not interfere with the cultivation of the land through which
they extend, provided that where it is necessary to the proper
gradient and construction of said pipe lines, they may be carried
over arroyas and depressions in said right of way above ground and
upon trestles and other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are
more particularly described as follows:_

Range Four (4) West, S.B.B.M., South
of County Road."
The contemilated locz.tion of the center line of the
said pipe line is nore particularly shoran u,-)on the attached plat,
and the right of iiay over said premises is a strip of 1�,:.nc? fifteen
(15) feet in width, along a�,course or courses to be selected
by said San Dieguito Irrigation District, provided that such
cpurse shall be laid so a to avoid interference with any
fixtures and permanent improvements on said premises 'at the time
of such selection.

Way Agreement for the construction of the Lateral Pipe
Linea a.cro s s your property wi thin the San Diegui to
Irrigation District.
This work will be done in a workman -like manner,
and in a way to cause you the least amount of incon-
venience. Should your crops. be damaged at any time,
the Irrigation District will pay for such damage.
If you will sign and return the enclosed Agree-
ment in duplicate, the Board of Directors will ratify
some and return one copy for your record.
