THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that J.R Jabbert of the County of
g� State of California, for and in consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of w
which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents convey unto
SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT of said County, its successors and
assigns for an easement for right of way over and upon the lands
hereinafter described, for the construction, use and maintenance
thereon of a pipe line and conduit and the supports and appurte-
nances thereof, convenient and necessary for the purposes and uses
of said Irrigation Listrict, together with the right of ingress and
egress over the adjacent lands of the grantors herein to the various
points. on said right of way necessary .for the work of construction,
maintenance and repair of said pipe line, conduit, supports and
appurtenances, the said right of ingress and egress to be exercised
with the least possible detriment and inconvenience to the lands
so used, and any damage to growing c rope caused thereby to be corn-
said
peneated for by t&e District.
Said pipe line and conduit shall, wherever practicable, be
placed under ground and covered by the natural soil to,a depth
which will not interfere with the cultivation of the land through
which it extends, provided that where it.is necessary to the proper
gradient and construction of said pipe line and conduit, it may be
carried over arroyas and depressions in said right of way above
ground and upon trestles or other supports.
The premises over which thio conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows:
"Southwest Quarter (SW-J) of Northeast of
Section Twenty six (26). Township Thirteen (13 South,
Range Four (4). S.B.B.M."
and the location of the center line of said pipe line begins at a
point on the East line of the Southwest quarter (SVd4) of the South-
east quarter (SE of Section Twenty -six (26), Township Thirteen
(13) South, Range Four 14) West, S.B.B.M.,.whence the Southea
corner of said Southwest quarter (SVI- ) of Northeast quarter (N 4)
at PA
of said Section Twenty -six (26) bears South 0 24 East 42.72 feet;
Thence on a 375 foot radius curve to the right 51.25.feet to an
intersection with the South line of said Southwest quarter
(SV'1J-) of- Northeast quarter (NE') of said Section Twenty -six
(26) whence said Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter
� BW-J) of Northeast uarter (NEJ) of said section Twenty -six
26) bears South 89�` 25' East 28.95 feet.
