EXHIBIT A
n easement. of right of way in, upon. over and across
he lands hereinafter described, for the purpose of locating,
relocating, constructing, reconstructing, maintaining,
operating, inspecting and repairing a pipe line or pipe
lines and all fixtures and appurtenances incidental thereto
for use in connection therewith, for the transmission and
distribution of water and all uses and purposes incidental
thereto, together with the right of ingress thereto and
egress therefrom,.to and along said right of way, together
with .the right to clear and keep clear•.said right of way
from buildings, structures, explosives, trees and other
material or growths detrimental to the uses herein granted.
A strip of land 50 feet in width in Lot 3 in Block 5 of
Rancho Santa Fe, in the County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map thereof' No. 1742, filed in
the office of the County Recorder of said County, December
28, 1922, the Northerly line of said 50 foot strip being
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 4 in Block 4 of
Rancho Santa Fe; thence along the common boundary between
2 s id Lot 4 in Block 4 and Lot 3 in Block 5, South 4 054' West
6.55 feet; thence North 85 °06' West 30 feet; thence
South 4 0 54' West 77 feet; thence North 85 °52' West 43.05
feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing
North 85 0 52' West 5.48 feet; thence South 81 037'30" West
to the Westerly line of the land described in Parcel 1 in
deed to Irvin Carl Busse et ux, recorded August 14, 1959
as Document No. 166244 of Official Records.
Said 50 foot strip to terminate on the West in said Westerly
line of Busse land.
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed
by the deed dated April 12, 1967 from Irvin Busse and Elizabeth
Busse to San Dieguito Irrigation District, is hereby accepted
by the undersigned on behalf of said San Dieguito Irrigation
District.
