I, Tom Harrington, Secretary of the San Dieguito Irrigation
District and of the Board of Dir --ctors thereof, do hereby
certify that the above motion was duly accepted by the Board of
Directors of San Dieguito Irrigation District at a regular
meeting of said Board, duly and regularly held in the office of
said District on the 9th day of June, 1954 at which time al lof
the Directors of the District were present and that said motion
has not been amended or repealed.

The undersigned, Herbert Johnson and Edith B. Johnson,
husband and wife, as Joint tenants

sum of one dollar ($1000) lawful money of the United States, paid
by San Dieguito Irrigation District, an irrigation district or-
ganized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State
of California, as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant unto said San Dieguito Irrigation District, its
successors and assigns an easement of right of way in, upon, over
and across the lands hereinafter described, for the purpose of
locating, relocating, constructing, reconstructing, maintaining,
operating, inspecting and repairing a pipe line or pipe lines,
and aIL fixtures and appurtenances incidental thereto for use in
connection therewith, for the transmission and distribution of
water and all uses and purposes incidental thereto, together with
the right of ingress thereto and egress .therefrom, to and along
said right of way, together with the right to clear and keep clear
said right of way from buildings, structures, explosives, trees,
and other material or growths detrimental to the uses herein
granted.
The lands in which such easement of right of way is hereby
granted are situated in the County of S Diego, State of Califor-
nia and particularly described as.follows, to wit:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 10 Township 13 South, Range 4 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to United States Government Sur-
vey approved April 19, 1881, described.as follows:
Beginning on the East line of said Northwest Quarter
of Southwest Quarter, distant thereon North 1 East 853.5
feet from the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter; thence North 89 West parallel
with the South line of said Northwest Quarter of Southwest
Quarter 200.00 feet; thence South 1 West parallel with
the East line of said Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter
75 feet; thence South 89 East parallel with the South
line of said Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter 200.00
feet to the East line of said Northwest Quarter of Southwest
Quarter; thence North 1 East 75 feet to the point of
beginning.
ALSO
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 10, Township 13 South, Range 4 W S
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning on the East line of said Northwest Quarter

either side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of the
N;:'1 /2; said point being N 89 . W 330006 feet, measured
along the said northerly line from the point of inter-
section with the center line of Saxony Road as shown on
San Diego County Road Survey No- 700 on file in the of-
fice of the Surveyor of said County; thence S, 33 E
0,90 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the west
and having a radius of 490 feet through a central angle
of 22 "; thence southeri abn said curve 194.77
feet to a point; thence S 10 E along a line tangent
to said curve 480.5 feet, more or less, to a�point in the
southerly line of said N 1/2 said point being N 89 W,
measured along the sa:h southerly line of the N 1/2, 15406
feet, more or less, from the point of intersection with
the above described center -line of Saxony Road.
