The undersigned
as Grantor, of 14 , County of - 9
State of —. for and in consideration of the
sum of one dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States,
paid by San Dieguito Irrigation District, an irrigation district
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of California, as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, does hereby grant unto said San Dieguito Irrigation
District, its successors and ass °igns an easement of right of way
in, upon, over and across the lands hereinafter described, for
the purpose of locating, relocating, constructing, reconstructing,
maintaining, operating, inspecting and repairing a pipe line or
pipe lines, and all fixtures and appurtenances incidental there-
to for the use in connection therewith, for the transmission and
distribution of water and all uses and purposes incidental there-
to, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress there -
from,.to and along said right of way, together with the right to
clear.and keep clear said right of way from buildings, structures,
explosives, trees, and other material or growths detrimental to
the uses herein granted.
The lands in which such easement of right of way is hereby
granted are situated in the County of San Diego, State of Calif-
ornia, and particularly described as follows, to wit:
An easement for the installation and maintenance
over water mains over and across the North half of the
North half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 10, Township 13 South, Range 4 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said easement being
twenty -five (25) feet in width lying twelve.and one -half
(12.5) feet on either side of the follwing described
center line:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
Northerly line of the North half of the said Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10 with the
center line of Saxony Road as shown on San Diego County
Road Survey'No. 700 on file in the office of the Surveyor
of said County, said point of intersection being designated
on said Road Survey No. 700 as Station 22/58.15; thence
South 1 West along said center line of Saxony Road
326.70 feet,.more or less, to the point of intersection
with the southerly line of the North half of the North
hlaf of the said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 10; thence South 89 East along
last described southerly line 50.57 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence North 18 West 150.94 feet
more or less, to the point of intersection with the above
described center line of Saxony Road, said point of inter-
section being South 1 West 183.81 feet from the point
of beginning.
