CONVEYANCE OF EASF qJENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY.
THIS IND.'MTURE WITNESSETH, that Ed Fletcher, of the
County of San Diego, State of California, for and in consideration
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents convey unto
the SAY DIE GUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, of said County, its successors
and assigns forever, an easement for right of way over and upon the-
lands hereinafter described, for the construction, use and maintenance
thereon of pipe lines. the supports and appurtenances thereof,
convenient and necessary for the purposes and uses of said Irrigation
District, together with the right of ingress and egrees over the ad-
jacent lards of the grantors herein, to the various points of said
rights of way necessary for the work of construction maintenance
and rep air of said pipe lines, supports and appurtenances. The said
rights of ingress and egress to be exercised with the least possible
detriment and inconvenience to the lands so used, and any damage to
growing crops caused thereby to be compensated.for by said District.
Said pipe lines shall whever practicable, be placed under
ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which will not
interfere with the cultivation of the land through which they Eextend,
provided that where it is necessary to the proper grudie.nt and con-
struction of said pipe lines, they may be carried over arroya.s and
depressions in said right of way above ground and upon trestles or
other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows:-

Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Four (4)
West, S.B.B. M.
The contemplated location of the center line of the
said pipe line is mere particularly shown upon the attached plat
and the right of way over said premises is a strip of land fifteen
(15) feet in width, along a'course or courses to be selected
by said San Dieguito Irrigation District, provided that such
course shall be laid so as to avoid interference with any fixtures

or permanent improvements on said premises at the time of
such selection.
