District on the 9th day of June, 1954 at which time all of the
Directors of the District were present and that said motion has

sum of one dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States, paid
by San Dieguito Irrigation District, an irrigation district or-
ganized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State
of California, as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant unto said San .Dieguito Irrigation District, its
successors and assigns an easement of right of way in, upon, over
and across the lands hereinafter described, for the purpose of
locating, relocating, constructing, reconstructing, maintaining,
operating, inspecting and repairing a pipe line or pipe lines,
and all fixtures and appurtenances incidental thereto for use in
connection therewith, for the transmission and distribution of
water and all uses and purposes incidental thereto, together with
the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along
said right of way, together with the right to clear and keep clear
said right of way from buildings, structures, explosives, trees,
and other material or growths detrimental to the uses herein
granted.
The lands in which such easement of right of way is hereby
granted are situated in the County of San Diego, State of Califor-
nia and particularly described as follows, to wit:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 10, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, , in the County of San Diego, State of
California, according to United States Government Survey'ap-
proved April 19, 1881, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Northwest
Quarter of Southwest Quarter, distant thereon North 1
East 853 .5 feet from the Southeast corner of said Northwest
Quarter of Southwest Quarter; thence North 89 West
parallel with the South line of said Northwest Quarter 390.0
feet; thence North 1 East parallel with the East line of
said Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter 118.70 feet to
the Southeasterly line of the land described in deed to
Herbert G. Stewart, dated April 16, 1929 in Book 1616, page
349 of Deeds; thence North 60 East along, said South-
easterly line 455.09 feet to said Easterly line of said
Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter; thence South 1
West along said East line 347.96 feet to the point of be-
ginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, that portion of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 13
South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County
of San Diego, State of California, described as follows°
Beginning on the East line of said Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter, distant thereon North 1 0 02' East
8 53.5 0 feet from the Southeast corner of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence North 89 West
on a line parallel with the South line of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, 200.00 feet; thence North
1 East, parallel with the East line of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, 2.00 feet; thence South
89 East, parallel with the South line of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 200 feet to the East line
of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence
South 1 0 02' West, 2.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The route of said easement of right of way across the afore-
said lands shall be as follows:
A strip of land 25 feet in width lying 12.5 feet on
either side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of the
North one -half; said point being North 8 9 u 38 1 West 330.06
feet, measured along the said northerly line from the
point of intersection with the center line of Saxony Road
as shown on San Diego County Road Survey No, 700 on file
in the office of the Surveyor of said County; thence South
33034' East 0.90 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
to the West and having a radius of 490 feet through a
central angle of 22 "; thence southerly along said
curve 194.77 feet to a point; thence South 10 0 47 1 30" East
along a line tangent to said curve 480.5 feet, more or less,
to a point in the southerl line of said North one -half,
said point being North 89 West, measured along the said
southerly line of the North one -half, 154.6 feet, more or
less, from the point of intersection with the above described
center line of Saxony Road.
