"3t. CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Demetris Sul'iotis and Lorraine
Suliotis, husband and wife, of Leucadia, California, for and in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration.
the receipt of.which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT of said County, its
successors and assigns forever, an easement for right of way over
and upon the lands herein after described, for the construction, use
and maintenance thereon of pipe lines and the supports and appur-
tenances thereof, convenient and necessary for the purposes and uses
of said Irrigation District, together with the right of ingress and
egress over the adjacent lands of the grantor herein., to the various
points of said rights of way necessary for the work and construction,
maintenance, and repair of said pipe lines, supports and appur-
tenances.
Said pipe lines shall, wherever practicable, be placed under
ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which will not
interfere with the cultivation of the land through which they ex-
tend, provided that where it is ,necessary to the proper gradient
and construction of said lines, they may be carried over arroyas
and depressions and said right of way above ground and upon
trestles or other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land Ten (10) Feet in width lying Five (5) Feet
on each side of the following described centerline : -
BIginning at a point in the northerly line of Lot 5,
B ock "F" of the Subdivision known as South Coast Park
No. 5 as shown on Map No. 2078 filed in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
California, distant thereon Twelve (12) Feet easterly
from the north west corner of said Lot 5, measured
along the northerly line thereof; thence southerly
along a line paralled to and distant Twelve (12) Feet
from the westerly line of said Lot 5 to the southerly
line thereof.
