1925-41160CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that D. S. Faulkner, of Carnegie, in the
County of Allegheny, State of Pennsylvania, for and in consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does by these presents convey unto the SAN DIEGUITO
IRRIGATION'DISTRICT, of the County of San Diego, State of California, its
successors and assigns forever, an easement for the construction, use and
Maintenance thereon of a lateral water pipe line and the supports and ap-
purtenances thereof, convenient and necessary for the purposes and uses of
said Irrigation District, together with the rights of ingress and egress
over the adjacent land to. the grantees herein, to the various points of
said right of way necessary for the work of construction, maintenance and
repair of said lateral water pipe line, supports and appurtenances The said
rights of ingress and egress to be exercised with the least possible detri-
ment and inconvenience to the land so used, and any damage to growing crops
,caused thereby to be compensated for by said Distviet.
Said lateral water pipe line wherever possible, shall be placed under
ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which will not interfere
with the cultivation of the land through which it extends, provided that
where it is necessary to the proper gradient and construction of said pipe
line,,it may be carried over arroyas and depressions in said right of way
above ground and upon trestles and other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more particularly
described as follows, viz., along or near the Eastern boundary line of the
"Nft of NEB of Section Twenty-two
(22) Township Thirteen (13) South,
Range Four (4) West, S.B.B.M."
and the right of way over said premises is along a course to be selected
by said San Dieguito Irrigation_ District, provided that such course shall be
laid so as to avoid interference with any fixtures and permanent improvements
on said premises at the time of such selection.
