THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 24th day of May
1982 , by and between CALIFORNIA DISTRICT OF THE WESLEYAN CHURCH, a California
Corporation.
First Parties, and the SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT, a body politic, Second Party,
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United
States, to them in hand paid by the Second Party, receipt of which is hereby ac-
knowledged, the First Parties hereby grant to the Second Party, its successors and
assigns, a permanent easement and right -of -way to lay, construct, maintain, operate,
repair, renew, relay and enlarge a line pipe, or lines of pipe, including but not
limited to fire.hydrants for the conveyance of water in, over, along and across the
hereinafter described lands situated in the County of San Diego, State of California.
A 10.00 foot wide easement lying 5 ":00 feet on each side of the following
described centerline and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
of Section 14, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, said point also being the
Northwest corner of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 9395 as recorded November 21,
1979 in the Office of the-County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
California, thence South 0 0 26'44" West along the West line of said Parcel 1
a distance of 553.08 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence Easterly
along a curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 989.00 feet through
a central angle of 7 °46'06" an arc distance of 134.09 feet,thence tangent
to said curve North 70 0 52'50" East 33 feet, more or less, to a point lying
in the Westerly line of E1 Camino Real as shown of said Parcel.Map No. 9395.
The side lines shall be prolonged or shortened so as to begin in said West
line of Parcel 1 and to terminate in said Westerly line of El Camino Real.
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated 2?t. -4 If

Together with all rights of ingress and egress to and from said right -of -way for
purposes of laying, constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing, renewing,
relaying or enlarging said pipeline or lines and appurtenances thereto. The First
Party, or its successors, shall not add or remove earth, nor construct any
ings, walls, or structures within the limits of the easement. The District shall
have the right to trim or remove any trees or bushes or prevent the planting of
any trees or shrubs when in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the conven-
ient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted. The District shall have the
right to remove any buildings, walls or structures constructed within the easement.
