1925-41179CONVEYANCE OF E ASE�TITM FOR RIGHT OF WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITITEESSETH; that Anton Van Amersfoort of the County
of San Diego, State of California, for and in.c.onsideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt 'of
which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, convey unto
San Dieguito Irrigation District of said County, its successors and
assigns forever, an easement for right of way over and upon the
lands hereinafter.described, for the construction, use and mainte -.
nance thereon of a pipe line and conduit and the supports and appur-
tenances thereof, convenient and necessary for the purposes and uses
of said Irrigation District, together with the right of ingress and
egress over the adjacent lands of the gtantors herein to the various
points on said right of way necessary for the work of construction,
maintenance .and repair of said pipe line, conduit, supports and
appurtenances, the said right of ingress and egress to be exercised
with the least possible detriment and inconvenience to the lands so
used, and any damage to growing crops caused thereby to be compensa-
ted for by said Distract.
Said pipe line and conduit shall,* wherever. practicable, be
placed under ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth which
will not interfere with the cultivation of the land through which it
extends, provided that where it is necessary to the proper gradient
and construction of said pipe line and .conduit, it may-be carried
Aver arroyas'and depressions in said right of way above ground and
upon trestles or other supports.
The premises over which this conveyance extends are more
particularly described as follows:

Quarter of Section. 10, Township 13 South, Range 4 West

and the location of the center line of the said pipe line begins at
a point on the South line of Section 10, Township 13 South, Range
4 Vest, S.B.B.M. whence the Southwest corner of the Southeast quar-
ter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 10 bears South 89 51'
